Reema’s experience also includes a wide range of corporate and finance transactions including general corporate, corporate governance, and financial transactions including those conducted on an Islamic basis, for lenders and borrowers.
Meshaal Alyahya
Meshaal has experience in advising Saudi and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions such as public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
Meshaal also works with Saudi and international asset managers in forming and operating investment funds including the structuring of transactions and negotiations of terms and conditions.
As well, his experience includes advising clients on technology, Fintech, and data privacy matters.
